From comprehensive guides that are easy to use and reference to a knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone, FAS offers a number of ways for you to get help with Alex and Alex WebCaster. You can also e-mail questions at any time. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (closed on all federal holidays). All of these product support services are always included in AlexLease programs and are purchased separately by licensed users.
The key to instant support is F1
To receive help instantly from any screen in Alex, simply press F1 and a window appears containing the information you need to know about the screen or function you're using. There's no need to search for help topics—all relevant information is at your fingertips. And exploring the functionality of Alex has never been faster or easier. When you press F1, you not only get help, but you also learn more about the functionality of the screen you're using.
If you still don't understand what you are looking for, press F1 one more time and an instant email is created requesting assistance from the Alex Help desk which can result in an immediate email response to your question or an instant help chat with one of our Alex experts.
